I've been Involved with residential home improvements since 2010. I started part time with a property management company doing make-readies, painting, handyman service & general maintenance for apartment complexes all while pursuing a professional boxing career. I learned a lot on the job and eventually led me to starting my own company . Cochran's Painting & Home Services was established in 2017 . At one time and on a few occasions I've employed 5 people and 1 subcontractor . While the business was growing I realized and learned quite a bit about human nature and of course business. I realized that the business model doesn't fit what i see for now. People aren't reliable and that affects the brand name ``Cochran's Painting & Home Services`` I decided to work alone. Less Stress and Disappointment. I feel like working alone I can better service the customer. It's me that shows up and paint your home or fixes that thing that needs fixing etc. There will be no confusion if something hasn't been done, halfway completed because it's me taking care of you not any employees. Yes things will take a bit longer than with a full crew, especially for larger projects but, the highest attention to detail will be paid on your project.
